HAVEN METHOD
Each Haven Home is custom built in an off-site climate-controlled environment where building materials are protected from the elements. The result: the homes you've designed are more quiet, solid, and precisely built than traditional site built houses. Our improvements include:
- Precision tooling for straight walls, square corners, fitted windows and flat ceilings.
- Reinforced bearing walls increase strength and structural integrity.
- The ability to withstand hurricane force winds and earthquake conditions where required.
Once the house components are built, they are delivered to the home site and set using a crane. This one-day set process minimizes the impact of construction on the neighborhood. Then, electrical and plumbing connections between the modules are made and finish work is completed.
